Product Overview

GenialAI Audit is a cloud-based software that automates vouching with AI-OCR and rule-based matching algorithms, where a user uploads population Excel and supporting PDF documents. GenialAI makes efficient use of server resources as multiple users can collaborate seamlessly on the system.
Unlike other AI-OCR products that require OCR templates, GenialAI OCR can generate templates automatically. This makes it possible to read a wide variety of supporting documents.
Currently, GenialAI supports Chrome and Edge (Chromium version).
Menu Overview
After a user logs in, GenialAI shows the home screen for the current user's role. There are three roles: Power User, General User and IT Administrator.
The following section will walk you through the home screens and functionalities by user type.
Power User / General User

Menu Item | Function Overview |
[Change Test] | Switch client, test and/or stream |
[Category] | List and edit categories |
[Template] | List and edit templates |
[File Management] | List and edit populations and supporting documents |
[Vouching] | Start a new vouching configuration, review vouching results, etc. |

Account | Change username or email address for the current user |
Password | Change password for the current user |
Test | Edit settings for client, test and stream (Only for Power User) |
[Language] | Switch interface language |
[Logout] | Logout and go back to login screen |
IT Administrator
